IoT-Based RFID Door Access Control System

This project utilizes RFID technology to develop an IoT-enabled access control system that allows for safe and effective authentication. Real-time user access management is made possible by the system's communication with Firebase using an ESP8266 microcontroller. An RFID tag's unique identification is checked against Firebase records when it is scanned. The system instantaneously updates access logs and unlocks the door by activating a relay module if approved. Flexible control is ensured by administrator's ability to add or remove users remotely. For security tracking, the system keeps an access history and offers real-time monitoring. This project, which replaces conventional key-based systems with smart authentication, provides a scalable and affordable way to improve security in homes, workplaces, and restricted areas.
