IoT-Based Vehicle Theft Prevention and Control System

A smart car security system is developed in this project that prevents theft and unauthorized access. The system uses an RFID or fingerprint sensor for secure authentication, a GPS module for real-time location tracking, and an ESP8266/ESP32 microprocessor for internet access. A relay module is employed to block the ignition system and send an alarm to the owner's smartphone in the event of an unauthorized attempt. A web-based or mobile application provides access to the vehicle's real-time location, which is updated continuously. Firebase enables timely notifications and data transfer. By lowering the danger of theft by providing remote access control and monitoring, this security solution improves vehicle safety. For car owners, the combination of IoT and biometric verification provides a simple to use, reliable, and effective theft prevention system.
