An Internet of Things-based system is developed in this project to track energy usage and send out notifications when predetermined thresholds are surpassed. Real-time power consumption is measured by the system using current and voltage sensors, which provide data to a web-based interface using a Raspberry Pi Pico W. This device ensures smooth data access through a local network by acting as a server and microcontroller. Through a dynamic web dashboard, users can monitor energy information, facilitating effective tracking of consumption. An integrated warning system warns users via LED indicators or buzzers when energy usage surpasses predetermined criteria. Proactive energy management is made possible by this configuration, which lowers wasteful use and related expenses. The system is appropriate for both household and small-scale business applications because of its real-time insights and alarm mechanism, which enhance energy efficiency.
