In this project, an IoT-based system is developed to continuously monitor vital health indicators like heart rate, body temperature, and oxygen saturation. Sensors in the arrangement are connected to an ESP32/ESP8266 microcontroller, which wirelessly sends data to a cloud platform such as Firebase. Through a smartphone or online application, the data may be viewed remotely, enabling caregivers or healthcare professionals to maintain close tabs on patients. When metrics depart from their typical ranges, alerts are provided to ensure prompt action. By facilitating remote and real-time monitoring, this scalable and economically viable solution encourages proactive healthcare management and enhances patient outcomes. Using IoT to improve healthcare quality and accessibility is particularly advantageous in distant or home-based healthcare environments.
