SINGLE INDUCTOR HIGH CURRENT BUCK DC-DC CONVERTER

The objective of this project is to develop a single-inductor high-current buck DC-DC converter that can produce a high current while stepping down a high input voltage to a lower output voltage. A feedback control system for voltage regulation, switching parts, and a single inductor are all included in the design. To minimize energy losses and accomplish effective voltage reduction, the system uses a PWM controller. The prototype is designed to support embedded systems, motor control, and battery charging, among other uses. The main objectives of testing are to assess current stability, voltage regulation, and efficiency under various loads.
