SINGLE INDUCTOR HIGH CURRENT BOOST DC-DC CONVERTER

The design and implementation of a single-inductor high-current boost DC-DC converter are the primary objectives of this project. The converter is appropriate for uses such as LED drivers, battery-powered devices, and power management systems since it raises the input voltage to a higher output voltage while retaining a high current output. Diodes, a switching transistor, a single inductor, and a control circuit to adjust the output voltage are all included in the design. Energy loss is reduced and effective voltage conversion is ensured by using a pulse width modulation (PWM) control system. The prototype's efficiency, voltage gain, and current handling capacity are evaluated under varied load scenarios.
