The primary objective of this project is to design an electromechanical pick-and-place arm gripper that can handle metal objects precisely. To accomplish controlled and effective movements, the system combines electric motors, gears, and control electronics. Using 3D-printed parts, the gripper's jaws can be easily adjusted to hold objects of different weights and sizes. High accuracy and reproducibility are ensured by automating the arm's movements with a microcontroller-based system. The prototype's speed, accuracy, and durability are assessed by testing under various load scenarios. This study demonstrates the benefits of electromechanical technologies in industrial automation, which provide increased reliability and minimal maintenance.
